Although all yoga is meant to connect the mind and body, this class will focus on learning to quiet the mind so the body can relax. It will begin with a centering meditation to help let go, then work into twists and sun salutations to warm the body and squeeze out tension, ending with a long, relaxing savasana.  Movements will be slower with longer holds for a more meditative practice. Everybody is welcome.
