Hi! My name is Jade, I started ‘yoga’ while in college and received my 200hr YTC in October 2021 with Flying Lotus Yoga Center, NY. My training was eye opening and revealed all of the amazing things Yoga can teach me. My goal is to help maintain a supportive, safe, and fun community through yoga. Be prepared to enjoy a creative stream of shapes and flows during one of my 60min classes and bring the complete practice of yoga into your life.
