Join Angie for this Restorative Yoga With Hot Stone Class. She will be guiding you through longer held shapes designed to relax, restore, and heal the body. We will be using props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets for complete comfort.
Hot Stones aid in stress and anxiety relief, promote sleep, and help to remove toxins from the body. Essential oils will also be used to promote deep relaxation and a state of bliss.
