In this class we take the foundation qualities of the Yoga Flow classes,
linking breath with movement, and slow it down, allowing time to modify
postures, incorporate props and really sink into the poses. The
synchronization of breath and movement helps increase awareness, calm
the nervous system and quiet the mind. Gentle Yoga Flow gives space for
students to gradually and safely increase strength, balance, and flexibility.
