This is a wonderful class to get you prepared for you week!!  The first half of the class will be slow & gentle as you find a soft edge in the spaces that are naturally resistant to fast, rhythmic, repetitive Yang movements.  The second half is NO edge, completely letting go & restoring the body, breath, and mind!!
