Yoga Flow classes are about linking breath with movement and synchronizing a flowing, strengthening linkage of yoga poses.  These classes will be supportive and will encourage a challenge for any student. Our focus will be on breath and alignment, sun salutations and all their variations, and understanding the body in poses that flow together like the ocean’s waves at the shore.
