This class will offer everything that Chair Yoga brings but with additional poses and stretches that will be done on the mat for anyone able to get up and down from the floor. 
Maybe as you gain strength and flexibility, you will find that you want a bit more of a challenge. Yoga is about listening to your body; noticing how you feel as you go through the movements. No judging allowed; just the peace and freedom you will feel by doing something for yourself.
